Residence 9 is a premium window system designed to replicate the 19th Century Flush Sash Timber Window but with modern features and benefits. It can be considered for use in Conservation Areas due to its authentic appearance. R9 has now been joined by R7, a fully flush option and R² a flush or stormproof window with square internal finish; the collection is available in a range of traditional colours and finishes.
Focussing on the products themselves, our bronze casements are designed for single and double glazing and are also able to receive encapsulated glass units to individual requirements. All windows are made using a combination of manufacturing techniques both old and new, ensuring the products offered by Crittall Installation Services are exceptionally well made without compromising the aesthetic principles of the metal windows traditional design.
The Heritage System is designed for use on historic and other period buildings where the principal requirement is a fine and delicate extrusion, glazed using silicone or putty in a traditional style. Traditional leaded lights or slim double glazed units may be used.
The Advanced System is again a slim profile metal window which uses a decorative bead to secure the glass allowing a deeper double glazed unit to be used for greater thermal performance.
The Inward Opening System unsurprisingly opens from the inside; this design is based on European principles of metal window design and is ideal for properties with high or difficult to access areas.
Steel Windows
The Parliament range of steel windows and doors we supply are designed to mimic our customer’s original fenestration but complete with modern benefits. Our doors and windows are double glazed for thermal insulation, galvanised and powder coated for low maintenance, weather stripped for draught insulation and can be specified with multi locking for improved security.
All of our steel windows and doors are hand manufactured in the UK and are specifically produced for each customers requirements. This means that all of our products can be manufactured to any bespoke design that our customer requires.

They can be manufactured to any design and with any type of glazing decoration. The units have extremely efficient sealed double glazed units that incorporate the latest soft coat high insulation glass and Krypton gas. This helps the windows to achieve a 'C' energy rating which is certificated by the BFRC.
